2. Our services
Learning Oasis is a study abroad consultancy. We provide counselling, university shortlisting, application support, visa guidance, English test guidance and help with education loan applications. We are not a university, a government body, a visa office, a test provider, a bank or a lender.
3. No guarantees
Admission, scholarships, visas and loans are decided by universities, governments and lenders. We cannot and do not guarantee any of them. We help you prepare the strongest possible application.
4. Information on this website
Our pages give general guidance on countries, costs, visas and tests for Indian students. Fees, funds, visa rules and requirements change often and depend on your course and profile. Please treat the information as a guide and confirm it with our counsellors and the official source before you decide.
5. Fees
Your first counselling session is free. If you choose our paid services, we explain our fees clearly and agree them with you before you commit. Fees charged by third parties, such as application fees, visa fees, test fees and deposits, are set by those bodies.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information.
- Share only genuine documents. We will not work with forged or misleading documents and may stop our services if we find them.
- Write your own statements and essays. We guide and edit, but the story must be yours.
7. Education loans
We help you apply for education loans from banks and NBFCs. We do not lend money. Rates such as “from 8% onwards” are indicative. The final rate, fees, eligibility and approval are decided by the lender, and the lender’s terms and conditions apply.
8. Names, logos and links
University, bank and other third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. Their use does not mean that they endorse us. Links to other websites are for your convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Our content
The text, design and other content of this website belong to Learning Oasis. Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our permission.
10. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Learning Oasis is not responsible for decisions made by universities, governments, lenders or test providers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
