FAQ

Questions about a master's abroad

Is a 3-year degree accepted for a master's abroad?

Yes in many countries, including the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, and at many universities in other countries. Some universities in the USA and Canada prefer 16 years of education. We check each university for you.

Can I apply with backlogs?

Many universities accept students with backlogs, often up to a limit and with a good explanation. Your counsellor matches you to universities that fit your record.

Do I need the GRE or GMAT?

Many programmes have made them optional, but some still require them, especially top US universities and many MBAs. A strong score can improve your chances and scholarships.

Which country is best for a master's?

It depends on your course, budget and plans after study. The UK and Ireland offer 1-year master's, while the USA, Canada and Australia offer longer courses with work options. We compare them for your profile.

Can I work while studying?

Most countries allow part-time work during term, usually around 20 hours a week. Rules differ by country and change, so we confirm the latest.

Can I apply before my final results?

Yes. Most universities accept your marks so far and give a conditional offer, which you confirm with your final results.
